Senior Business Analyst

Arimac is looking for a experienced and dynamic individual to join us as a Senior Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into user stories and specifications.
Define product roadmaps and features with product teams.
Conduct market research, trend analysis, and gather customer feedback to drive enhancements.
Ensure compliance with fintech regulations (e.g., GDPR, PSD2) and industry security standards.
Assess risks, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Implement workflow automation to boost operational efficiency.
Act as liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
Communicate project status and manage stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with QA teams on test plans, acceptance criteria, and user acceptance testing.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for smooth adoption of systems and features.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least 1 year in the FinTech industry.
Strong knowledge of FinTech ecosystems, digital banking, and payment systems.
Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques (process modeling, data analysis, requirements elicitation).
Experienced with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA.
Solid understanding of regulatory standards (GDPR, PCI DSS, KYC/AML).
Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data driven approach.
