Arimac is looking for a experienced and dynamic individual to join us as a System Support Enginee
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and resolve help desk tickets.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system and network performance issues.
- Diagnose and fix access, errors, and connectivity problems.
- Document configurations, issues, and resolutions.
- Assist with software, OS, and security updates.
- Guide users on applications, updates, and best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed
- Identify recurring issues and recommend fixes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users.
- Deliver support with strong problem-solving and customer focus.
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 - 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support roles.
- Exposure to common operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix). Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) is a plus.• Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in OS, software, networking, or system environments.
- Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
