System Support Enginee

Arimac is looking for a experienced and dynamic individual to join us as a System Support Enginee

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and resolve help desk tickets.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system and network performance issues.
  • Diagnose and fix access, errors, and connectivity problems.
  • Document configurations, issues, and resolutions.
  • Assist with software, OS, and security updates.
  • Guide users on applications, updates, and best practices.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend fixes.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users.
  • Deliver support with strong problem-solving and customer focus.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support roles.
  • Exposure to common operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix). Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) is a plus.• Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in OS, software, networking, or system environments.
  • Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
