Dialog Axiata partnered with Arimac Games (IMI Games) to launch Dialog Mega Games, a hyper-casual gaming platform designed to drive sustained digital engagement and improve customer retention across Dialog’s digital ecosystem.

Built as an always-on gaming experience, Mega Games introduced lightweight, instantly playable games that gave customers a compelling reason to return to Dialog’s digital touchpoints more frequently. By combining entertainment with rewards and brand-led challenges, Dialog transformed routine telco interactions into habit-forming digital experiences. 

For Dialog, Mega Games became a strategic engagement layer. One that strengthened daily active usage, reduced reliance on purely transactional journeys, and positioned the brand as an innovator in digital-first customer experience. 

Challenges

Dialog Axiata faced engagement challenges on their digital application due to:
