Emirates Airlines partnered with Arimac Digital to co-create a prototype for a digital Crew Management App built to simplify roster management and strengthen internal communication across their global airline operations.

Designed as a centralized, mobile-first platform, the solution enables crew members to manage duty rosters, receive real-time schedule updates, and access critical staff communications from a single interface. 

The platform introduced a digital workforce coordination layer that improved operational visibility, reduced communication friction, and supported a more agile, connected crew ecosystem across Emirates’ global network.

Before implementing a centralized crew management platform, large-scale airline operations faced challenges common to complex, distributed workforces:
